Okay. Okay. Good afternoon, everyone. Thank you all for being here today. We are very excited to show you how you can strengthen your farmer relationships with Bushel Farm. So let's get started. First things first, we do have a Q and A section on the bottom right. Please feel free to ask any questions that you may have. We will also have a few minutes at the end for questions as well. Presenting today is myself. My name is Tyler Voss. I am a customer success manager here at Buschel. And we also have Kelly Liveroy, director of Farm Success. So a quick rundown of what we will be covering what's Buschel Farm? Why do agribusinesses care about Buschel Farm? A brief Buschel Farm demo and how to put Bushel Farm to work for you and your farmers. Alright. Thanks everybody for being here today. A little bit about Buschel Farm. So Buschel Farm is a farm management software that has been in market since twenty eleven. It's trusted by thousands of growers and widely known as one of the most easiest to use and most automated farm management. Software. What it's really helping farmers do is organize their field and financial records, and that really helps them in turn market their grain with confidence calculate their field level profitability. So I'm gonna show a little bit about that. In our demo, But to get started, to talk about how farmers are accessing this tool today, it is a self subscription tool. So they're able to Go out on the website now, sign up for an account, select one of these plans, and start using this on their own. Now what I'm excited to talk to you about today and really hoping that we walk away with this one point is that this is already a tool in your tool belt that you could be sharing with your farmers for free. So, part of what we'll look at today is how they can get this light plan and all the features included in that for absolutely free just for doing business with you, a member of the bushel network. So what does that, really mean? If this is a farm management software, how does that help you with the agribusiness? After numerous conversations with folks like yourselves, as well as the industry reports that, we read, we know that the farmers who actually know their cost to production, keep organized records, and have a written marketing plan are much more likely to feel confident when they're marketing their grain. Price that grain when they see a profit and multiple years ahead of time. So we know, what a predictable book can look for for our agra agra businesses, as well as our farmers. And so really helping both sides feel more comfortable and not to mention the time savings that, this can provide on both sides, not having to you know, always run down. Alright. What's the price like? Is is it really good for my break even at this point? What should I possibly be thinking about doing right now? It's all there in a in a referenced format, and I'll be showing you that here in just one second. Another thing that we have a lot of folks like yourselves interested in are different programs, whether it be sustainability or maybe forty five Z these days, and how those different programs require field level information. So things like planting dates and rates and if fertilizer was used or tillage was done, those are all things that are easily tracked in bushel farm, automated through connections like John Deere and Klein field view, and then can be shared out, to help verify those programs. So I'll show a little bit about that here today as well. Now you might be wondering how do I, share bushel farm with my farmers? There's a couple different options here and we'll recap these after the demo, but, you could easily just promote this and tell your farmers that they can get this thing for free. Just because they're doing business with you, we have some steps to follow, and we'll definitely provide that to you and your farmers. You can also endorse social farms. So we could provide a specialized unique promo code that would be for your business where you can give them, ten percent off any of the plans. So that could be a savings of fifty nine dollars or a hundred and ninety nine dollars depending on, which one of those plans they would like to subscribed to. And then we also have, some folks doing a discounted, package of subscriptions for their top farmers for the different reasons that we had talked about. Let's look at the tool a bit here. So jumping in You'll see, I'm actually going to do some scenarios. So what if, that marketing plan? Let's talk a little bit about how you would work with farmer on a marketing plan in Bushell Farm. Over here in the marketing section, you can see, we already have a couple crops set up. But let's just say, a farmer also has some irrigated corn they wanna track. And They plan to have these fields planted decorum which is four hundred and sixty nine acres and about two hundred bushels they'd expect to get. They don't really need to estimate a basis right now, but if they typically do get a negative twenty and they wanna build that into their crop, they certainly could. And they could either itemize out all of their cost of production here, or if they know that because they're tracking it separately, they can just drop that in here and say it's seven seventy five, let's say. So once they save that, here is going to then give them the details about what does that mean? How many bushels do I have to sell? What's my break even and what does that mean based on the current market? So and what's my potential profit based on, what I have kind of planned out so far. So this is a quick and simple way for a farmer to to maybe decide what they would, wanna do in some scenario planning. Now once they actually start booking some contracts against, their irrigated corn crop, that's where things get fun here in the contract section. So we, Buschel Farm is the only farm management software out there today that can actually automate the contract entry for the farmer. So imagine the time that that's saves in just the overall ease of use that it can provide the farmer to not have to manually enter marketing contract details into a spreadsheet or pay somebody to do that for them. So you can see here these ones with the symbol by it are automated from the bushel network. Similar to how things look in the mobile app that you provide to them, these details are updated. And then they can also enter manual contracts alongside of those if they need to. So just for a quick reference, the connections process to the bushel network or to the contracts that they do with you is very similar to how they would log in to your mobile app. So ahead of this, I would have entered my phone number, got my authorization code, entered that, and then landed on this screen here where I would have a list of all my accounts. So if I have three different accounts, with you associated with phone number. This is where they would show up. I would select the ones that I wanna see in my account. Click next, confirm the, connections and then save that, and then pop back into my Bushell Farm account to see all my contracts populated here. So it's as it's really as easy as that one time connection, and then everything flows from there, ongoing. So With that being said, these contracts are associated, with the crap. So just like we looked at that corn crop earlier, you can pop over here and say, okay. Based on this contract, I'm now seven percent marketed on my worn for the year, and I have this many bushels left to sell, and this is the value of those, bushels, my overall position as well. So just imagine if if a farmer, every farmer had this in their hands and they they had these details readily available when calling in to, create a contract with you, what that could do, for the time savings, as well as just the the confidence. One thing I do like to mention is that we do send price alerts. So if the market moves up or down by two percent, we will send an alert, to them, letting them know based on that movement, what does that mean for their specific position? Meaning, their cost of production, their profitability. So those alerts are going out and they're always a good reminder, for them to even just think about what they might wanna be doing given the price movement. That's a little bit about, the marketing feature, and functionality and how that could, help you and your farmer stay organized and on track together. Now let's talk a little bit about that program enrollment. The activities feature here is what really helps, farmers keep up with their field level activities. And so These are, things that can be generated by the connection to both John Dear and Climate Field, climate field view, just like I showed here earlier on connections page. They could easily click the connect button, jump over to sign in to their dear account, make the one time authorization, and then everything from there on out would be flowing. They can also, with that connection, map all their fields, to get started. So they don't have to. If they don't want to, you know, go through and pick these different field boundaries that they want to, load into their account, they can simply bring them over, from a different system which is really nice. So with that being said, the activities feature is helping them, just keep track of everything that they've done and the cost associated. So you'll see here the spraying activity operationally cost them eight dollars, but with inputs cost them a total of sixty nine forty three. What that does is give them, this page here shows a quick roll up of what that all the costs, put in might be. And then we also, help them track, you know, in general, how much inputs have, how much of which input have you used, what the cost associated was When did you purchase that and, what was the cost at that time? So maybe looking back year over year, they're more organized on how much total they would need based on their crop rotation. So we know that there's a lot more that goes into the production for the farmer, we have flexibility for them to be able to log any type of expense they need to. In these expense functions as well as the revenue are working together to help create this profit and loss for the farmers. So Here on this page, on a crop level, we're helping them understand, you know, how their costs break down by these categories, what their revenue is based on their sales. And then, on a field level, their cost in profit once we, you know, here in twenty four, start making those sales and actually filling in the yield. So this looks like, you know, quite a lot of information, but honestly, farmers are typically trying to do this on their own in a spreadsheet. And it can be really frustrating when one formula gets deleted and then the whole thing is is, not working properly. Or they're paying somebody to do it. And so, this being updated in real time in their hands at all time is super helpful. So There's a bit of additional functionality I I usually like to show folks here in the report section There's things like reporting acreage to the FSA, a market position summary to share just a summary of what's going on in the marketing plans, This activity report is great for the program enrollment. We also offer an API, a farm production API for folks to share those records even automatically into verification systems and, field season and some other things are great for landlords. So really helpful tools and summaries of the information that are in Bushell Farm today. And while I'm here, I'll just pop over to show farmers are able to track their on farm storage in here and their loads, into the field or out of the field into a bin, out of the bin, into your facility. Really nice to be able to visualize what they have on farm. And, scouting notes are wonderful, being able to geotag a location in a field so that you know where to, get back to. Farmers love this view that's just being able see from a bird's eye how, the crafts are laid out and which field goes where. I, should mention that the farmer can share their account with as many people as they want to. So that's very common for them to have their farm partners on here and, everybody involved in the farm. Things like this page here, the the rainfall is helping them keep track of, you know, what might be, the right move to make that day logistic should they go east or west and and not having to waste the time driving out to look at the rain gauge before they actually had that direction. And then the the fun charts that go along with that. I guess I should go back to twenty three. So this, ten year average gray line versus what they, had total on this field in twenty three, for example, and what the total was for just this time frame and a lot of fun stuff along those lines. So with that being said, I'm gonna pop back over And, just remind everybody how to start taking advantage of bushel farms. So I know that was looking like a quite a few tools like we said for the farmer direct. It is the tool in their pocket, but it also can be automatically integrated to help them keep track of their financial and field records, in turn that are are being communicated back and forth with you on a on a common basis. So please do reach out to your customer success manager to schedule a meeting we can we can go in-depth and talk a little bit more on questions and run some scenarios if you'd like, but definitely get you what you need to be able to just notify your farmers that they can get this light plan for free, or get that ten percent code for them so that they can save some money on those additional plans. Thank you again for joining and for listening. I hope to talk to you all individually. Have a great day.
